Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email and delivery address. We'll send your order confirmation and tracking updates to your email. If you create an account later, you can view all your orders in one place.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most secure payment providers. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
What does 'held for 24 hours' mean?
When you add a piece to your cart, we reserve it for you for 24 hours so no one else can buy it while you decide. If you don't complete checkout within 24 hours, it returns to the gallery for others to collect.
Can I choose the size and frame?
Yes — for prints. Each artwork page lets you select the size, frame, canvas wrap, and paper type. You can preview your selection in 3D and in a room before buying. Original artworks are sold as-is, in the size and frame the artist created.
Do I get a certificate of authenticity?
Every limited-edition print and original artwork ships with a signed certificate of authenticity. Open-edition prints include a print receipt but not a numbered certificate.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 working days. Originals ship within 1–2 working days. UK delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch; international delivery takes 3–10 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships.
What if my piece arrives damaged or faulty?
If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full. As all works are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. See our Returns page for details.
I'm an artist — can I sell my work here?
Yes. Visit the Artist Portal from the menu to upload your work, set your editions and prices, and sign your prints digitally. You'll be asked to accept our artist attestation before you can publish.
