Welcome

These terms govern your use of GalleryTwentyOne and the purchase of artworks and prints through our site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, we create a record and redirect you to Stripe to complete payment securely. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. For international orders, any local duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Editions & authenticity

Limited-edition prints are produced in a fixed, numbered run. Once an edition sells out, no further prints of that edition will be produced. Each limited-edition print is hand-numbered and signed, and ships with a certificate of authenticity.

Open-edition prints may be produced in unlimited quantity. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind works sold as-is.

Copyright & usage

All artworks and content on this site remain the copyright of the artist or GalleryTwentyOne. Purchasing a print or original gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the copyright — you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the image without written permission.

Production & fulfilment

Prints are made to order to your specification. Production typically takes 3–5 working days before dispatch. Originals are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

We work with trusted production partners to ensure consistent, archival-quality output. If a production issue delays your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Liability

GalleryTwentyOne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
