Information
Privacy & Cookie Policy
How we handle cookies, analytics and your choices worldwide.
Our approach
This policy explains how GalleryTwentyOne uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, on gallerytwentyone.com, and the choices you have.
It covers visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, whose data is protected by the GDPR and the UK GDPR, and visitors in the United States, including the rights given by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
What we store on your device
We keep this deliberately small. There are two kinds of storage:
- ·Strictly necessary: a sign-in session for your account, your collection and checkout basket, your language and currency choice, and a record of the choice you make here. These make the gallery work and are always active.
- ·Analytics: our app platform records anonymous usage of the site, such as the page path, the address you arrived from, how long a visit lasted and a randomly generated session identifier, so we can see which works and pages are being enjoyed.
Analytics cookies
Base44, the platform that hosts the gallery, collects this usage data on our behalf. We use it to understand which works are being viewed and to keep the site working well. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and we run no third-party advertising or social media pixels on this site.
Until you consent, no analytics identifier is created and no usage data is sent. If you withdraw your consent, the analytics identifier is deleted from your device and collection stops immediately.
Your choices by region
Consent rules differ around the world, so the controls you see depend on where you are visiting from.
- ·EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics are off until you choose. A banner offers Accept All and Reject All with equal prominence, and nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs unless you accept.
- ·United States: analytics run by default. The Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer turns them off immediately, and the same link switches them back on.
- ·Everywhere else: analytics run by default, and the Cookie Settings link in the footer lets you change your choice at any time.
- ·Whichever you choose, you can change or withdraw it from the footer of any page, and your choice is remembered on your device for future visits.
Legal bases and California rights
Under the GDPR we rely on your consent for analytics, on our contract with you to process orders and payments, and on our legitimate interests in running and securing the gallery. You can withdraw consent at any time, and doing so never affects your ability to shop.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The Do Not Sell or Share control disables the analytics described above, which is the only sharing of browsing data that takes place.
California residents also have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be treated without discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your GDPR rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
Last updated 26 October 2026. If we add a new cookie or change what we measure, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, ask for your consent again.
